The Marin Art and Garden Center in the San Francisco Bay Area is a wonderful location to have a wedding. They have a beautiful ceremony site under a number of large redwood trees which not only provides a beautiful background but some shade too if it’s hot out. This couple played up the “tree hugger” side and I couldn’t help but include that shot. As a wedding photographer it’s important to go with the flow rather than do too much direction so that the photos look more natural rather than posed. For their wedding photos at the Marin Art and Garden Center we went around the garden and included the small pond, and even the gazebo. Overall we were able to get a good variety of looks for their wedding photography and the finished set of photos were well loved, even the one of the bride on a diving board over a swimming pool!
